Medjool date tubs are a growing category in the date industry. They offer both colorful packaging and convenience. We offer two tubs sizes: 1 pound and 2 pound. 18- 1 pound tubs or 12- 2 pound tubs fit in a colorful display master carton.

The eye-catching 11 pound box is the classic packaging for Medjool dates. The 5 pound box is new to our lineup. The 5 pound box offers the same attractive packaging as the 11 pound box but with a convenient size for family consumption.

Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese or mascarpone, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange juice grated orange peel
16 medjool dates
ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions
1. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla,
orange juice and orange peel until smooth.
2. Remove the pits from dates.
3. Spoon the filling into the dates.
4. Sprinkle very lightly with cinnamon or nutmeg.
5. Serve and garnish with orange peel.
